All Calhoun County Guardianship cases are heard by Judge Beeler.
As required under Section 1163.101 of the Estates Code, Guardians shall file an annual report showing the condition of the Ward. If you have questions regarding your reporting period, please contact the Calhoun County Clerk’s Office – (361) 553-4411.
The Guardian’s Annual Report on the Condition and Well-Being of a Ward will need to be completed by the Guardian annually. Once complete, the report will need to be filed with the Calhoun County Clerk’s Office. To request new letters please contact the Clerk’s Office.
