Attorneys and agents are allowed to bring cell phones, laptops and other wireless devices into the courthouse, but must have permission to use them in the courtroom. Other visitors, including jurors, are not allowed to bring, phones, laptops, other wireless devices, handbags and backpacks into the courtroom. Broadcasting, televising, recording, or photographing is not allowed anywhere in the courthouse without a presiding judge’s authorization.
Any time that you receive a Jury Summons, please be sure to call our office the Friday before to insure that Jury is still meeting. Any cancellations are posted on this FACEBOOK PAGE. Please call our office if you have any questions, at 361-553-4630.
Before Reporting for Jury Service: Please complete the juror questionnaire. Bring the questionnaire with you when you report. Questions or Special Accommodations: Please contact the District clerk’s office.
